A Group for Mental Health Recovery
Life can be difficult when you are dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or grief. These experiences often make you feel like you are navigating a difficult path alone.
Our Mental Health Recovery group offers a different way forward.
It is a confidential space to connect with others who understand because they are on similar paths. Led by Brooke Swinehart, LSW, whose approach is kind and compassionate, this group provides a warm and supportive environment. Here, we’ll work together to build practical coping skills, explore challenges in relationships, and find the strength that comes from shared experience.
With options to attend weekly in person or virtually, you can find support in the way that works best for you.
The Work We Will Do Together
This therapist-led group will help you:
Develop practical skills to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Process grief and trauma in a safe, professionally guided environment.
Improve your communication and connection in relationships.
Strengthen your sense of self and confidence.
Feel understood and less alone by sharing with your peers.

Meeting Days & Time: Weekly on Thursdays at 7 PM
Location: This is a hybrid group. You can attend in-person at Heatherstone Counseling Services, Lancaster, PA, or join virtually.
